I stayed about 20 minutes before giving up and moving elsewhere. Agoda misled me into renting for the day, and the room was in poor condition and unclean. The location is very strategic, but the room, property, and cleanliness fall far below OYO or boarding house standards. I can understand some of the state of it, since it had been empty for a long time and the interior was neglected. This is a regular boarding house, not an OYO or anything else, and it's reportedly due for renovation, so there may not be many people staying there. It's no longer an OYO accommodation, and it's said to be undergoing renovations. The place also no longer operates with AGODA.

I booked through Agoda and want to ask why it won't remove this place from the top. It's supposedly highly recommended, yet the rooms are worse than a boarding house. The service was inhumane: they even evicted my child, who had just arrived from campus to take a final exam. Is that really how this should be handled? Agoda should shut this trashy accommodation down before this kind of behavior damages its reputation. Or is Agoda only after profit, without caring about decent, humane service?
