The bed was comfy and the staff were helpful. There’s a 24-hour shop, plus snacks and mineral water. I liked staying here at a low price. The shower was narrow, and the water came out like a basin.

Check-in was hassle-free, and the receptionist and security were very friendly. The room and bathroom were clean, the hot water worked well, and the AC was quite cold. There’s also a shop in the lobby, so I could get snacks without going far. The downside was the lack of clothes hangers or a wardrobe, just a small table.

It’s a really new place, right next to Rawon Nguling on Jl. Kutai. The staff were friendly, and they opened the car door as soon as I arrived. There’s no Airy sign yet since it’s only been a week, and the small minimalist room made it confusing to find the intersection, haha. The bathroom is small too, and there’s no clothes hanger. The AC wasn’t cold, probably because my husband and I got a room directly exposed to the midday sun and because of Surabaya’s heat. A deposit is required at check-in.
