The pool is large and faces west, and there's a gym with a pretty complete set of equipment. The lobby is spacious and feels quite luxurious, with five lifts available. The apartment is above the biggest mall building in Surabaya, with the food court nearby and an easy walk from the lobby into the mall. It's also close to the parking area. One drawback: the bathroom and toilet facilities by the pool are few and shared with the gym. When it's busy, you can end up waiting a long time to shower or rinse off.

I got to visit because my nephew has a unit here. The pool has a nice view, and there's a gym too. The apartment is right above the mall, with an entrance just beside it. I like this place.

A brand new apartment in town with really good facilities, including a pool and a gym for working out. There are still several units for sale, so it could be good for investment or for living here.

The apartment we rented was comfortable, clean, and very nice, and the hostess was wonderful and helpful. Security was excellent. Getting straight into Pakuwon Mall was extremely convenient, and the US Consulate is only about 15 minutes away by car. The location was great.
