My experience was quite different from the less positive reviews that surprised me. I booked through an OTA, and when my friend and I arrived, the polite staff greeted us warmly, along with Sambo, their cat. The view was amazing, and the accommodation seemed decent for what I paid, though I expected better cleanliness at that price. I picked the place so I could photograph the Milky Way at night, and I did, with results I'm thrilled with. I'll definitely be back soon.

The owners tried to scam us. They wanted us to pay in cash and seek a refund through our platform, Booking or Agoda. My room was fully paid when I arrived, and I showed them my booking confirmation and proof of payment, but they still refused to give it to me. Two friends who had also booked here had the same experience. Don't stay here and put yourself through this.

We'd booked and paid online with Booking.com, but on arrival they wanted cash upfront for the room. I showed them the confirmation proving I'd already paid, and they said that because they hadn't received the money from Booking.com, I needed to pay cash and try to get a refund from Booking.com. I told them that was their issue with Booking.com, not mine. I called Booking.com, and they confirmed they'd already received the payment. I cancelled the booking, and Booking.com gave me a full refund. DO NOT STAY AT THIS RESORT!

Absolutely not. My friends booked through Booking.com and paid there, but when they tried to check in and showed proof of payment, the staff wouldn't accept it and asked them to pay cash again. This is an absolute bullshit business. They should be kicked off Booking.com.
