Bali Rich Seminyak Villas

This place is filthy and falling apart, with rubbish all over. I wouldn't spend even one night here. I'm still trying to get my money back through DialAflight. Book somewhere else. 27/9/2025

We paid for nine nights but left without spending even one. The bathroom was revolting, with urine on the toilet and something I couldn't identify in the sink. The bath towels were stained, the sheets were too, and there was no way I was sleeping in that bed. I nearly went straight through a seat, and I'm not a big person. The pool couldn't be used, and the grassy patch was just weeds and mud. Like other reviewers, we got no refund. What a disappointing start to our family holiday. Do not stay here.

We handed the keys straight back and left. The room was nothing like the listing, and the filth was everywhere. The sheets had stains all over, and the pillowcases were yellow with what looked like sweat marks. The toilets were filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly in a long time. There were shoe marks, iron burns, and other unknown stains on the furniture. Even the pool water looked unsafe to bathe in. The hotel lobby was piled with garbage, and the whole place felt awful. Worst place I've seen in Bali. I wish I could give it zero stars.

We booked five nights and checked out after just one. Flight centre should stop recommending this villa to people travelling to Bali. The reception was dirty, and the bedrooms were filthy, with broken bed frames and plywood, a disgusting mattress, dirty pillows, and yellow marks on the sheets. The toilet leaked and was filthy, as were the washbasins. The pool was dirty, out of order, and full of maggots. There was plenty more wrong with the place. We spoke to the manager Robert, who accepted the villa's condition but refused to refund us.
