I stayed for a few days and hope to see improvements. The service was good, especially from Grescia, but bathroom cleanliness definitely needs attention. There was mold in the gaps between the tiles and elsewhere. I didn't expect that from a 4 star hotel.

The location is good, the staff are friendly, and the room was decent with nothing to complain about. I also really liked the delicious bak mie nearby, haha. When I arrived early, I asked if I could pay extra for early check-in, but the receptionist kept saying I had to wait until 2pm. I repeated that I was willing to pay, but she seemed not to understand. Her colleague stepped in, explained what to do, and I was finally able to pay and get my room.

Many restaurants are within walking distance, which is handy. We arrived late at night and Suci at the front office gave us a warm welcome. The stay was very pleasant, and both check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. If you aren't sure where to eat, Suci is helpful with recommendations.

Suci & Mega made the stay for me. The hospitality felt genuinely Indonesian, simple and warm. If you're coming from Kuching, I'd especially recommend giving this hotel a try.
