The Kanjeng Villas Batubelig

The AC and refrigerator still worked, the bed and pillows were OK, and there were two big sofas. The villa itself is spacious and in a good, strategic location, but so many things were in poor shape from lack of maintenance. The pool wasn't clean, even though it was blue. The front door was hard to open and didn't fit its frame, as if it had been taken from somewhere else, and the front bell was broken. The drawers were broken too, the roof fan was dirty, and the kitchen had no gas. In the room there was no phone, Wi-Fi, or TV channel. The toilet seat, bathtub, and rain shower head were in bad condition, and the bedsheet had lots of stains. The facilities need attention. The staff were young, and I didn't see any senior staff or even a male worker. Dear Management of The Kanjeng Villas, please consider renovating these villas and hiring professionally trained staff. They are in lovely, strategic locations, and that could make them worth the price. Thanks.

We couldn't even shut the broken door, and nobody came to clean the room. There wasn't even a trash bag. From the moment we arrived, everything was wrong: dirty linens, a filthy toilet and bathroom, and no gas, despite it being advertised. The person called “staff” was a trainee, and nobody took responsibility. It looked nothing like the photos. We had planned to stay from 16 to 23 nov, but after the first night we moved to another villa in umalas. Same price, better quality. TOTALLY DISSAPOINTED.

The water stopped running at 08.00 before we checked out, and we won't recommend this villa. On the first day, we checked in at 20.30 to a very dirty floor and a broken bathtub. There was no hot water for the first few hours, so we had to shower cold. The AC was broken too, and there was a lamp cable in the pool. The next day we asked them to clean the floor and fix the AC. We got back at 21.30 and nobody was at the front desk. I had to go upstairs and shout because when I called, they just laughed and carried on playing. The floor was still dirty and the room was still hot from the broken AC. 🤷🏻‍♂️ 👎🏻

The breakfast and service were poor, and the villa didn't seem ready to host people. The room was dusty and very dirty, and the pool I'd been told I'd have was green and dirty too. The AC was broken, leaving it very hot. They said they'd repair it the next day, but didn't. Worst experience ever.
