The villa worked really well for two families, with some privacy between the rooms. We also found the different seating spots easy for hanging out together, and the pool was awesome. Enni was attentive and professional as our maid. We had a great vacation.

The nearby cafes and restaurants were a nice bonus, and the villa was a hit with everyone in the family, especially the pool. We had a great week here. This was our second stay in an optimum villa, and we highly recommend their service. Eny was an excellent maid too.

We only managed to spend a few nights of the 10 we booked because the mould smell was unbearable. It was in the master bedroom curtains, bed surrounds, and walls, and the aircon had been leaking for a long time. I asked for half the refund to go toward the other villa we had to book because we couldn't stay there, but you flat out refused. You didn't address the overwhelming smell, or accept what we were telling you. I understand things don't always go to plan, but how you handle it matters. Now you've lied again in your response. We have never stayed at the villa before. We only asked permission to leave our bags there early.

The villa has such a Balinese feel, and we loved the ambience. It's a nice place for families, and mba eny was so kind and helpful 🤍

The pool was one of the best parts, and the place felt quiet and tranquil despite being close to everything. The villa is beautiful, with stunning rooms and bathrooms. Everything was amazing.
