Fajar Guest House by OYO Rooms

I booked 11 nights and they cleaned the room only once, even though I kept reminding them. There was mould all over, from the wardrobe to the bed, and lots of cockroaches too.

The place looked nice, but the service was highly unprofessional. I booked through Agoda, then arrived to be told every room was full. They told me to contact customer service to cancel, even though the mistake clearly wasn't mine. After waiting nearly an hour for them to find a solution, I left.

My booking was cancelled by the hotel just a few hours before check-in, ruining our New Year's Eve plans. That's a terrible way to treat guests. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

It felt like my own room during my three-day stay, and I was happy to come back after being out all day. A warm shower was especially nice. It's tidy and enjoyable, with a calm atmosphere and a pleasant smell. The facilities are well kept, the service is friendly and easy, and there's a mini shop at reception. I'm a local tourist and felt security was assured. The only drawback is there's no parking. Thank you, sir 🙏
