Villa Kamaratih

The location worked really well, close enough to get to Legian easily but far enough from the noise. It was comfortable and good value, though a few things need attention. The lounge could use a ceiling fan and more comfortable seating. The pool was okay, but its very steep step makes getting in and out difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The kettle took 20 minutes to boil and badly needs replacing. We also had no information about when the room would be serviced, so we ended up emailing management. On arrival, it didn't look swept, and dirty dishtowels had been left on the floor.

We found the villa spacious and quiet, with a comfortable bed, reliable internet and aircon that worked well. The pool was lovely for cooling off, and having a kitchen meant we didn't have to face the busy streets and traffic every night. There are food options, banking and laundry close by, and Padma Beach was a relaxed 10-minute scooter ride for surfing or sunset views. This was our first stay at the kamaratih villas. Our flight was late, so we got in at 2am, but Heri still greeted us with a smile and showed us villa tulip for the week. The place was clean from the start. A good choice for a comfortable, peaceful stay near everything, with enough seclusion to unwind.

The staff were kind and really helpful, and regular cleaning was provided. Our villa was newly built, nicely decorated and tucked into a quiet area. There are a few scooter parking spaces inside the property. The main street is close, and Bintang supermarket and Double Six beach are only a few minutes away. We had a wonderful stay.

Really nice stay, with fresh air around the villas and food or other activities within an easy walk. The room was large and had a private pool, plus a kitchen stocked with the tools needed to cook. It has good vibes and a quiet setting, which seems especially suited to a honeymoon.
