Kamaniiya Petitenget Seminyak

The stay felt easy from check-in onward, with warm, efficient service. At Kamaniiya Petitenget Seminyak, the room was tidy, minimalist, clean, and well cared for. It isn’t especially luxurious, but it’s practical and functional. The location is handy for Petitenget spots, while still quiet enough to rest, and the simple pool is nice for a quick swim. For the price, it’s a solid choice if you want a well-located, good-looking place without spending too much.

You can hear nearly everything in the corridor because there’s barely any soundproofing, which made it hard to relax. We also saw quite a lot of cockroaches. The room had hairs on the bed when we arrived, and the hotel’s cleanliness was concerning. The property feels old now and looks different from the photos, including the rooms and facilities. There was nowhere to hang clothes or dry them, so even drying a swimsuit after the beach or pool was difficult. The restaurant food disappointed me, and I don’t understand its 4.9 rating. At check-in, staff started with penalties and fines instead of explaining the hotel, its facilities, or services, which wasn’t welcoming. Service needs work overall, and some staff don’t speak English, making communication difficult at times.

The room is small, but laid out well for one or two people. It was clean and decent, with a cozy feel, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. The amenities are basic but sufficient. There’s also a pool and gym. Nothing luxurious, just practical and good value.

The staff are friendly and quick to help. Whenever I asked for fresh towels or housekeeping, they did it with a smile. Great hospitality, and I’d recommend the place. One thing that isn’t the hotel’s fault: my room was right beside the temple, and sometimes it smelled smoky. Maybe a room freshener could help. I also hope staff can stay better informed about current partnerships and events. They promote free entry to atlas, iron fairies, and others, but sometimes aren’t sure what’s on, so we have to go there and check ourselves.
