I spent 6 days and 5 nights at Swiss-Belvillas Umalas. The friendly, attentive staff were always ready to help, and their warm welcome made the stay feel personal. Housekeeping kept the villa tidy, and the daily room service was efficient and discreet, which I appreciated. The villa was clean and well maintained. The pool wasn’t completely clean, but it was still inviting and a nice place to relax after being out for the day. A few facilities could use an update, and while breakfast was decent, more variety would be welcome for a longer stay. I had a great time here and would recommend it to anyone after a peaceful, well-kept villa in Bali.

The place was really peaceful, and the staff were friendly and polite. They were always smiling and ready to help. The villa was beautiful, very clean, well maintained, and always smelled good. It has three bedrooms, a living hall, and a private swimming pool, with its own bathroom in each room. I enjoyed my stay here.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the villas were comfortable. There’s a huge private pool and a very pleasant outdoor area. The location is great if you want somewhere quiet, with little noise, but there aren’t many tourist things like restaurants or shops around.

The quiet location made it easy to get away from the crowds, while still being close enough to Seminyak and Canggu for dining and entertainment. The private pool was the best part, perfect for relaxing on a peaceful holiday. Our villa was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed. The staff were always friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome. I really enjoyed my stay at Swiss-Belvillas Umalas and would happily return. A great pick for families, couples, or anyone wanting to unwind.

I came from the UAE to visit Bali with my family, and we had such a lovely stay. The villa didn’t disappoint, and the staff were always smiling, friendly, and ready to help. They can arrange birthday decorations, and they even celebrated with me and brought out a cake before we checked out. I’d recommend it 100%. The breakfast menu was limited, but they were happy to serve what we chose. If part of a dish isn’t to your liking, feel free to ask for an alternative.
