I visited on 22 jan 2021, and it was a total disaster. We couldn’t even stay and had to leave. Every room had black mushrooms growing in it. The villa seemed old, and it looked like the owner wasn’t treating or cleaning it at all. Definitely avoid that swamp. Good luck!

The building and facilities were nice, and the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. A very nice villa with a beautiful view.
