Aishwarya Exclusive Villas

We didn't stay even ten minutes. After seeing the dirty bed and mold that had apparently just been painted over, we booked somewhere else and left. The reception area was off-putting too. The villa photos seem to be from before Covid, when the place was in better shape. It was a cheap private-pool villa, so I wasn't expecting much, but it was still disgusting. They should maintain it before renting it out. We left so quickly that I didn't take any photos. Horrible experience.

The service was amazing, and my room was clean, even if the roof wasn't in great shape. The kitchen, though, wasn't clean. Since it was high season, they may have needed more staff to clean rooms and cut back the dead plants. The villa also needs an upgrade to the toilet and other things. They supplied a stove but no pan or other kitchen gear. I only stayed one night and paid 650,000+ IDR, which didn't feel worth it. Still, thank you. It wasn't as bad as the other reviews said.

We found a large lizard inside our private villa room, and the hospitality and room quality both need work. As a strict vegetarian, I also found the location inconvenient: it was well outside Sanur and Ubud, with few nearby restaurant options, so we had to take a taxi to eat. The villa felt isolated, and the area didn't seem safe for walking.

The garden beside the pool is lovely, and the facilities include a bathtub, clean pool, shower, TV, queen bed, and kitchen set. The staff are modest and helpful, especially the front office team, who are available around the clock and answer the phone right away. Great hospitality and a great place. If you're quite wealthy, try the romantic candlelight dinner.
