Batur Exotic

The flies were the one downside for us. It felt a bit like the Aussie outback, though I don't know whether they're around all year or only for a short time. The room itself was great, with a lovely view across the lake to Mt Agung.

Adit even came down to the main road to help after I left a small item at the hotel, which was so kind. The building feels fresh and new, and everything was extremely clean, from the blankets to the cozy design. The view was amazing, and the hot water was properly hot, which isn't always the case. Thank you for looking after us so well! 🙏🏼

The breakfast was good, and the rooms are spacious with a nice view. It's a new place, though the leaking sink already needs attention. The service didn't feel very polite or welcoming, but when I realized I'd booked the wrong date, they changed it for me without any trouble. 🙏🏼

The bathroom in the middle room we stayed in was huge, and the room itself was comfortable and spacious. When I accidentally left my keys behind, a staff member kindly brought them to us even though we'd already gone about 15 minutes away. The villa gave us everything we'd asked for and more, and we'd book again. One thing that would help is clearer signage from the main road, since finding the place was quite hard.
