We stayed with family and really enjoyed it. The facilities for families were great.

Good rooms, a swimming pool, and very friendly staff. Great place to stay, absolutely recommend it.

Excellent room and top service.

The location has a serene natural atmosphere and potential, but I left after one night feeling uneasy. It’s remote, with no minimarket or other supporting facilities nearby, so the initial welcome matters. There was no staff waiting when I arrived, and I had to find the manager to check in. The first impression felt unwelcoming, especially in such an isolated area. The room door felt stuck and was difficult to open. The sheets had stains and marks, leaving me unsure about the cleanliness, and the bathroom smelled unpleasant. The pool also looked dirty and poorly maintained, so I didn’t want to use it, even though it should be one of the main attractions. I checked out early despite breakfast being included because I didn’t feel comfortable staying. The place needs serious improvement in service, room cleanliness, facility upkeep, and staff readiness to make the guest experience better.
