We were so glad to have a night here with our little family 🤍 It felt cozy, green, and homely. One of the female staff was especially friendly and helpful, though sadly I forgot to ask her name. Thanks for such a lovely experience, we had a great time! ✨

The garden and views were really nice, but the room's condition put me off enough that I didn't stay the night. It needs renovation, and there seemed to be water damage on the walls. The shower was moldy, its heads were rusty and dirty, and the sink tap wasn't secured to the basin. The lights barely worked, if at all.

The staff made me feel comfortable with their polite, friendly, helpful service. My room at Mount Batur villa was very big and clean, and the bathroom was spacious as well. There was also a smart TV and the wifi connection was great. Thanks for the hospitality.

It's a very quiet place with a great view, and overall a nice stay. We were here for three nights, but nobody came to clean the room. At night we couldn't find any staff to help with our hot tub request, so the service could use improvement.

The room is a good size, and they replace the towels every day. There's a Jacuzzi at the hotel, with a good view of the mountains and lake.
