Pandawa Glamping Kintamani

The staff were nice, so I gave it two stars. Otherwise it would have been one. I can’t understand the 4.9 rating, which sounds like a perfect place. Maybe it comes from family and friends. As soon as we entered, there was a bad sewer smell and dead flies everywhere. The toilet still had poop from the previous customer, the shower was dirty on every side, and there were dirty things all around the sink. There were no bed sheets, just a blanket. We waited over an hour for breakfast, even though they have only about six rooms. The dining area was full of flies, so we had to eat in the room with the sewer smell. The tiny pool shown in the pictures was empty. Breakfast arrived just now: tasteless eggs with no salt, and my girlfriend’s noodles were cold and overcooked. The fruit juice cover was dirty. This was a disaster.
