The bed was comfortable, the view of Batur lake was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There are some problems, though: the door is very hard to lock, the hot water doesn’t work and runs very slowly, and the water machine is noisy and needs fixing. Getting to the villa is difficult because the roads are winding, damaged, and narrow.

The view is nice, but getting here is difficult. There was no one at reception, and the room was very hot with no AC, even though the websites show that the rooms have it.

The room is comfortable, but there are a lot of drawbacks. Animal droppings, including gecko and rat droppings, were on every floor. The rental app lists a TV and AC, but there was only a table fan and neither a TV nor AC. Lighting is poor, and the garden lights weren’t on, making the villa feel dark and haunted. There were also lots of flies in the morning and afternoon.

The steep road was difficult, and the water even went out. For the price, the room fell short of what I expected, with too many gaps in both the facilities and service.

The room came with an electric kettle, coffee and tea, two mugs, two towels, and a clothes hanger. The water heater worked, and it had hotel-standard soap and shampoo. There isn’t much space, and there are lots of flies during the day, but otherwise we had fun. It felt like Batu, but in Bali. Very happy with the stay, and thank God breakfast was free 🤩 In the morning you can walk to the lake, where there are lots of lovely photo spots. The male staff were super friendly.
