OYO 91874 Kisaran Residence Syariah

We’d booked and paid online for a night, but when we arrived to check in, we found the place was a renovated former hospital. It was late, and after struggling to find our way through a hallway that was still under construction, we went looking for the receptionist. They told us the owner and OYO hadn’t renewed their contract, so we could ask OYO for a refund. OYO said we had to request it by email, and that the money would come back three days later. The refund process was complicated. We ended up scrambling to find somewhere else to stay because this inn felt out of place, and it was already late. Bad service. I’m disappointed.
