Not good at all 🙅♂️
2/10
I’d booked and paid through the official app, but when I got to the hotel they wouldn’t let me check in, saying they no longer worked with the app. They wanted me to sort out a refund myself or pay again at a much higher rate than the app price. The contact number they gave me for the refund wasn’t listed in the app, which felt suspicious and unprofessional. This has happened before in another form. On a previous stay, I was asked to pay extra on top of the app booking. I assumed it was a small mistake then, but apparently the same thing is still going on. It’s hard on guests, and the hotel isn’t transparent or professional. I strongly discourage staying here, and hope the app reviews its relationship with this hotel so other customers don’t run into the same problem.

The room was clean, and the price was easy on the wallet. I’d recommend it.
