Really nice place.

The rooms are roomy, and the bathroom has a water heater. I also appreciated that RedDoorz Ponggok keeps its gate open 24 hours. In Klaten city, I once found the gate locked until dawn and wasn't sure how I'd get to the station at 5 a.m., but that wasn't a problem here. I was taken aback at reception by the pile of mattresses and pillows. They looked dirty and weren't wrapped in plastic. The area needs a proper clean and tidy-up, and housekeeping supplies should be kept separate from the reception desk. The place itself is pretty ordinary, but thank you for the service. God willing, I'll come back.

Parking was a real hassle 😩😩😩. The TV was just there as an accessory and couldn't be used, and the service wasn't friendly. The hot water was extremely hot, and there was no toothbrush in the hotel.

I had already paid through the app, so I expected the room to be ready when I arrived for check-in at 10 p.m. Instead, it wasn't ready, and I had a hard time getting hold of the staff. The room was in poor shape too. I don't know where the mistake was, but if there's an event there next year, they should have a more reliable guest host. This really wasn't how it should have gone.
