I booked through the app, but they wouldn't let me check in because they said every room was full. Such a waste of my time and energy, and I was left really frustrated 😪

It's okay 👍🏻

The location is pretty good and the price isn't high. The TV worked fine, the AC was cold, and the service was good too. But the room mattress had dust all over it and mosquitoes, and the bathroom needs work: the toilet was hard to flush, there was very little water, and the door wouldn't shut. Please clean the rooms better and improve the bathroom facilities.

The bathroom was filthy, the toilet water smelled, and there were mosquitoes all over the room. The LCD TV was broken too. Just awful.

If you're staying overnight in Kuala Tungkal and don't want to spend much, this is a budget-friendly option I'd recommend.
