The room and location are good for the price, but the service was terrible. I had booked months earlier, yet waited about an hour and a half to check in because the receptionist was away from the front desk. I was told she had gone out somewhere. When she finally arrived, she showed no guilt, offered no apology, and didn't smile. On my second night, the lights went out, and there was no electrician or other staff at the hotel. The hotel's phone number was switched off then. I also doubt the room had been cleaned, since I found lots of strands of hair on the bed. I hope they improve the staff service and cleanliness.

It's close to Eltari Airport, Kupang, NTT, and the price is affordable. The room is small, but there's unlimited hot water in the shower. A large water jug is available for refilling your bottle.

My husband booked through Traveloka, but we were left waiting in the lobby for hours to check in. Another guest said the staff had gone out to eat, but they didn't turn up until around 11 p.m. Please keep someone at reception so guests can check in easily, and consider how this affects people waiting.

I've never stayed here, but Redors sent me notifications saying I had booked, checked in, and stayed for two days, then thanked me for my stay. Can you explain that?

It's a nice place, but the service is VERY BAD. During my stay, the receptionist didn't take proper care of the facilities. The electricity was left off and uncharged, guests waited a long time to check in without the receptionist showing up, and the water was often low. Responses from the receptionist were very slow, if there was any reply at all, as if they didn't care. I hope management, or the owner directly, reads this and improves the receptionist's service.
