Harper Kupang

I spent five nights here and had a great experience throughout. When I arrived Monday afternoon, check-in was quick and the staff were helpful.

The service was a perfect fit for the event I was attending, a full 10 out of 10. Great hotel and facilities. I'd recommend it to friends and family.

I hosted an event and stayed here for three nights. The banquet and sales teams were responsive and helpful, and the general hospitality was good. The shower temperature control didn't work: it was either not hot at all or extremely hot, even with the knob in the middle, so I had to turn it fully to cold. Room cleaning could've been more careful. On the first day, the tissues were nearly gone and there were no extras, though luckily I had brought my own. The drink sachets also ran out that day and weren't replenished during my stay.

For a short Kupang stop, the location worked really well, close to the city center and with plenty of cafes and fast-food places nearby. Staff were welcoming and helped with my bags, and I liked being able to refill water for free from the hallway station. I stayed one night in a spacious room with all the amenities I needed and a lovely view over rice fields. The sunrise was a nice extra. Comfortable and convenient for a transit stay or a short visit.
