There's no lift, but the room is super clean and comfortable, and worth the price. This is a hidden gem in the lively heart of Ubud. There's no need to check in or out in person, you just enter the door code.

The place is affordable for its location, but cleanliness, service, and facilities bring the value down. If you want nightlife on a budget, it could work. If you want a calm rest, skip it. The neighborhood is noisy, and music and socialising next to the bars go on until about 11pm or midnight. It's right by shopping arcades, Monkey Forest, and temples, so the location is very strategic, 4/5. Party people may like it, but I'm a chilled, nerdy guy and wouldn't choose it again. Cleanliness gets 1/5 from me. It looked clean at first glance, but the water boiler smelled, there were cigar butts soaking in water under the kitchen, and the room reeked like a smoking room. As a non-smoker I found that disgusting. Facilities and service are 2/5: I never got the Wi-Fi password, staff were hard to reach, and the only toiletries were hair and body shampoo. The towels smelled bad, and the water heater was a bit unreliable. The interior is spacious and I liked the colour scheme, but the toilet isn't enclosed, so you risk your roommate smelling your business. The room also isn't soundproof. Price is 3/5.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean, and you can request daily cleaning. It had a mini pantry, hot water, a clean bathroom, and very cold air conditioning. Free parking is available, though if you drive, traffic can hold you up after noon. The location is strategic and within walking distance of Ubud Raya. They send you a password before arrival instead of giving you keys. Wi-Fi was okay for me. At night the nearby bar makes some noise until midnight, but you can treat it like live Spotify on shuffle.

It was filthy and smelled awful. There were no windows, the host communicated poorly through Airbnb, and the Wi-Fi didn't work.
