I liked the eco-friendly setup: there were no plastic water bottles in the room, just an empty glass jar to refill at dispensers outside the rooms near the elevator. It was a good-priced, enjoyable stay, even though I was only stopping over briefly.

The view over the swimming pool was relaxing, and the food was delicious. My room had a nice interior and was clean, while the staff were friendly and quick with the service. A comfortable stay, highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay at Neo Kupang. The room was nice and cool, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's also in a very convenient spot near the airport, Hypermart, and the mall. Thanks!

There aren't many places to eat nearby, so finding food around here could be a little difficult. Still, the hotel worked well for a one-night transit stop in July 2025, just a few minutes from Eltari Airport. My room was spacious and comfortable with decent amenities, and the place felt clean and modern. Check-in was smooth, the staff were polite and helpful, and free water refills were available. There's a small garden by the pool with a pretty great sunrise view.
