The bathroom was missing both the toilet and the sink. The room was filthy, with rubbish floating around, a pile of trash under the bed, cockroaches feeding there, and dead roaches plus mouse droppings in the closet. It was also stiflingly hot, and there was no aircon remote. I asked about the price at reception that evening. He quoted 220 000 IDR, I offered 150 000 IDR, and he agreed. I couldn't find anywhere cheaper, but I wish I'd paid more attention to the condition. If I could give zero stars, I would. For your own safety, stay somewhere else.
