I made a booking through tiket.com, but at check-in the receptionist told me they had stopped working with this accommodation three years ago. Accommodations are supposed to update their bookings on the app at least monthly if they want to keep taking reservations. That explanation didn't make sense to me. Is the property really no longer partnered with tiket.com? If so, why does it still show up in searches? Please take action, tiket.com. Everyone else, be careful when planning a stay. Thank you.

There wasn't much comfort, and it was noisy with lots of young people coming and going. No toiletries were supplied, as seems common with OYO hotels, and there was only a small towel. The room also had no drinking water (Aqua). Staff said the homestay had only opened during the COVID-19 new normal period. The other staff were good 👍👍👍
