SPOT ON 2518 Wilma Hotel Ii Premier

We were two women traveling around Asia, and this was an unfamiliar area for us. We arrived late from Timor-Leste with an online booking showing a confirmed price. At the property, they said the listed online price was a mistake and first demanded triple the confirmed amount. They wouldn't accept that it was their error or update the site. With nowhere else to go, we paid double just to get some sleep. After we checked in, they changed the website price to match what we'd paid, which was double the booking price, not the triple they'd initially demanded. We'd planned our money for the online quoted accommodation cost, food, and transport the next day. Having to hand over the extra left us without money for food. The people running the place were dishonest, and the whole situation was a joke. We'd already left a review after our stay, but the property changed its name, which seemed to wipe the negative reviews. If you're visiting from abroad, try to pay online and keep screenshots and photos, and get a receipt. Paying by card may let you dispute the charge with your bank.
