For what you pay and where it's located, this is one of Kupang's better budget hotel options. The room has air conditioning and a refrigerator. It isn't as clean as an average hotel, and the bathroom water wasn't as good as I'd expected, but I can accept that for the price.
Room 2 was offered to me for 150k. At first glance it looked great: clean, air conditioning, shower with hot water, TV with decoder, desk and chair, western toilet with flush and shower, a water gallon with hot and cold taps, a rack, even a little drying room. But when I tried everything, only the air conditioning and light worked. Even those stopped around 4am when the electricity credit ran out. They never mentioned that when selling me the room, which is unacceptable.
