Good value in a handy spot, tucked off the main street but close to everything. It’s a cool little boutique hotel with friendly staff, though the daily WhatsApp messages felt a bit much. The breakfast buffet is small, but convenient, and they cook eggs and hash browns if you ask. The room was a bit mouldy, and during rainy season the pool overflowed and flooded the yard.

After long day trips to Ubud and Tabanan, the pool was a lovely place to unwind. Wanda answered my emails quickly, and on arrival Lia showed us to villas Star02 & Star04, decorated with birthday messages. Shops and massage parlours are just steps away, and the airport is a 10-minute drive. The staff were incredible, and we couldn’t have asked for better accommodation. Highly recommended!

The staff were so friendly and attentive, and the service was fantastic. I loved the villa’s vibe, too. It’s close to the airport and nearby beaches. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. Thanks so much, 18 Suite Villa Loft Kuta!

The price is good, and it’s close to the airport and malls. There’s a courtyard pool with music, and the rooms are medium-sized, on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd floor. The restaurant is average. Parking only fits about 4-5 cars, the streets are dirty, and sound insulation is poor. I can’t say it’s clearly good or bad overall. I’d recommend it, though if you have other options, you might want to try somewhere else.

The villa was lovely, clean, and well maintained, but the check-in felt uncomfortable. The receptionist asked a lot of personal questions that didn’t seem necessary for checking in. It came across as intrusive and unprofessional. A quicker, more respectful check-in would make the stay better.
