For around 340k a night, the room was perfectly okay, and getting there from the airport on foot took about 15 minutes. We arrived late, but someone was ready to check us in and helped carry our bags to the room. It’s a nice hotel for the price, and we’d book it again for a late arrival or early flight. A few things made the stay less comfortable. Noise carried easily, and loud people at the pool woke us early. The mattress was very hard. The toilet paper roll just sits in its holder, so after showering, when the floor was wet, it kept falling onto the ground as I reached for it. A vertical wall holder might work better. We skipped breakfast and were glad we did. We saw it while passing by and it didn’t look appealing. There’s a nice café about a 5-10 minute walk away that I’d choose instead.

The staff were friendly and the location is great, but I’d have enjoyed the stay more with a larger bathroom. It was reasonably clean overall, though I did find some dirty spots. My room rubbish wasn’t collected for four days. A sharp edge on the pool’s wooden deck caught my foot and left a piece of wood stuck in it. One night there was no hot shower, and one morning there was no water.

The only thing I liked was how close it is to the airport. I couldn’t stand the smell, and the room was so damp I felt like I couldn’t breathe. I only stayed a couple of hours before wanting to get out as fast as possible. I don’t understand why people rate this hotel so highly.

Convenient spot, with the airport just a 7-minute walk away and the beach and lots of bars nearby. There’s a motorbike rental right across the street. The room was clean, modern, and nice, and the staff were friendly.

The photos set me up for a disappointing stay. My room was tiny, with the toilet and shower together, and there was no hand wash or other toiletries. The bed had bed bugs, the room smelled unpleasant, and it didn’t feel clean. I was uncomfortable the whole time and moved to another hotel so I could have a clean, restful night before flying home.
