Bali Mandira Beach Resort & Spa

We had a wonderful stay, with very clean rooms and a well-cared-for resort. Breakfast was amazing each day, and even the squirrels joined us. The bed wasn't especially comfortable, and construction next door made quite a bit of noise, but those were the downsides. When I got very sick, my husband went to breakfast alone. The staff noticed I was missing and asked after me. Once they heard I was unwell, they sent a nurse to check on me, brought plain bread and bananas to help me eat again, and left a note wishing me a speedy recovery. I really appreciated that care. They also made a video wishing us a happy wedding anniversary and showed it on our TV, then arranged rose petals on the bed.

The room was comfortable, and I loved the rain shower. We could see the beach from the top pool, and both pools and the seating areas were lovely places to relax after our morning walks. The resort itself is stunning and easy to get around from. This was our first holiday without our child in 15 years, and Bali Mandira made us feel welcome as soon as we stepped out of the transfer. Every staff member was helpful. The front desk made things easy, and we had sensational breakfasts and lunches at Celagi restaurant. The coffee was great, and the freshly made omelettes have spoiled me. We'll miss this place and definitely come back. Highly recommend.

We celebrated my wife's 40th birthday here, and the whole stay was unforgettable. Jfree helped me plan everything from Melbourne, and his organisation and attention to detail made the celebration perfect. Padmi at the outdoor bar was magnificent and made us feel welcome every day. All the staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way for us. Jfree also hosted incredible live entertainment that made our nights so much fun. A fantastic resort with people who really care about their guests. Highly recommend!

The people at Bali Mandira are what made our family stay so memorable. Everyone was kind, patient, and genuinely caring, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. Travelling with children can be hard, but the staff were attentive and loving with our kids, greeting them, chatting with them, and making them feel special. It meant a lot to us as parents to see them happy and comfortable. The resort is beautiful, with lush, carefully maintained grounds, pools for adults and kids, and a beachfront setting where we could walk straight onto the sand, watch sunsets, and relax by the pool with ocean views. Our room was spacious, spotless, and prepared thoughtfully each day. Housekeeping did a great job. Everything felt calm and well organised. Food and drinks were fantastic, with options for adults and children. Breakfast was always a highlight, and there was a good variety at the restaurants and bars throughout the day. A special thank you to Lestari, Widaya and Wiwin, our absolute favourite person ever, in Food & Beverage for your kindness and care; Adi at Azul Beach Club for the warm service; Uncle Jefferey and Thomas the singer in Entertainment for bringing so much joy to our nights; Gede, Ayu, and Adi in Customer Service for always being helpful and patient; and Alissa, Claudia, and Marcela in the Kids Club for looking after our children with so much love, patience, and fun.
