Bali Wood Property At Aston Kuta Residence

The food was consistently delicious, and the location at Aston Kuta was great. When our first room had an unpleasant smell, the staff responded quickly and moved us to a much better one. We enjoyed the stay and appreciated the good service.

The breakfast had an amazing range and was all so tasty. We felt welcome and very well cared for throughout our stay at Aston Kuta, and got more than we paid for. The staff were warm, kind, exceptionally friendly and attentive, while still professional, almost like friends or family. Our room was clean, with a spacious balcony, quiet and effective A/C, and Apple TV, Netflix, Disney, and more, all easy to access with your own accounts. Food was fresh, delicious, and felt good to eat, unlike what we experienced at two nearby highly rated five-star hotels. The rooftop terrace was great and the pool was clean. We didn’t try the spa, though I’d guess it’s great too. The area is lively, with the beach close by, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and shops even closer. We’re still here, but I’d choose Aston Kuta again and again.

The hotel is beautiful and well located, but what really stood out was how the staff handled my lost wallet. About an hour before our flight, after we’d reached the airport, they messaged me on WhatsApp to say they’d found it in our room. They immediately drove it all the way to the airport, and nothing was missing. Huge thanks to the team!

The first thing I liked was our spacious, very comfortable room, which was connected to the swimming pool. The hotel was clean too. Some parts were disappointing: the Wi-Fi was very poor, perhaps because we were on the ground floor, and the TV wasn’t smart, so there was no YouTube or other apps. I don’t understand why hotels still use old TVs instead of upgrading. Breakfast had limited variety and tasted just average compared with other four-star hotels in Bali. The pool was basic as well, and kids might get bored.
