The housekeeper was the sweetest, kindest person I met anywhere in Bali. The host was easy to talk to, understanding, and really helpful. They put in extra effort to make the stay feel five-star, and I’d book again if I returned.

The pool was impossible to relax beside because of constant banging from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Construction was going on, and nobody told us before we arrived. That lack of transparency was really disappointing. Don’t trust this place!

We’d stayed here several times and booked ahead, but this time they put us in a workers’ room. There was rubbish everywhere, mould all over, and the sheets smelled like cooking oil. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. Such a disappointing stay. Absolute rubbish, shame on you.

We only needed a room for the night between flights, and breakfast suited us perfectly. The place was clean and nice, the shower had hot water, and the service was very friendly.
