The two bright spots were the location and a friendly white cat that always greeted us. Honestly, that cat could teach the staff about hospitality. One staff member was rude and threatened to make us leave, which made an already bad stay worse. We came last weekend because most places in central Kuta Lombok were fully booked, and this was one of the few options. We’d booked three nights, then cut it to two once we found somewhere else, without asking for a refund. The property needs major renovation, including a change in staff attitude. Our bed was old and dirty, the AC didn’t work properly, and there was a lot of noise. The remote didn’t work, so we had to switch the power off at the circuit board. The room door was broken, Wi-Fi unreliable, and we got just one roll of toilet paper for the whole stay. The water smelled foul, and we had to run it for a few minutes before showering. The pool was dirty too. We’ll never return. Read the reviews and think very carefully before booking.

I spent about an hour waiting outside because there was nobody at reception or anywhere else. Eventually an English couple came out, and I asked them for help. They gave me a WhatsApp number to contact someone. There was no hot water, no towels, and the place wasn’t clean. I wouldn’t stay again.

The room was spacious and had air conditioning and hot water, and its location was convenient. I booked at the last minute after only finding accommodation in Kuta. For the price, though, several details were disappointing. The glass door still left the room visible from outside even after I tried to cover it with a bamboo mat. The shower head was set too high, as if nobody had considered Asian guests’ height, and the charging outlets were awkwardly placed. The furnishings and amenities also felt old.

It’s close to Kuta Beach, which makes the location fairly strategic, but the surroundings aren’t pleasant. At night there are many women booking open-air hotels. For a three-star hotel, the price isn’t cheap, and the facilities are poorly maintained.

A rip-off. Our room was delayed by two days, and they paid us less money than agreed while ignoring our messages. The place was super disgusting.
