It's peaceful here, with no noise day or night, and the pool is a real plus. It's kept clean, has shade through the day, and there's a separate kids' pool attached. The staff are kind and helpful, and keep the rooms and grounds tidy. The rooms are clean and have a TV, air conditioning, and coffee utensils. A safe is available at reception. There are four types: standard rooms without a fridge, bungalows and suites with a fridge, and villas with a fridge and kitchen. Breakfast is simple but good quality, though it's an extra charge since it isn't included in every room. Prices are very affordable, starting at $37.50 AUD.

A budget place on Legian street, with pretty gardens and a decent-sized pool. Bungalows cost $45 a night. A great spot to stay.

We always come back here when we're in Bali. The cottages are close to good restaurants and bars, and the attentive staff make the stay easy. Rooms are spacious and very clean, and the aircon works well and feels cool. Fantastic place to stay.

I found this place while staying at another Kuta hotel and moved in straight away. Though the entrance is off a main road, the hotel sits behind a hostel and restaurants, so it's private and quiet. Food and bars are nearby, and there's a Circle K and an honest money changer at the end of the driveway. Taxis pass often. The beach is a 15-20 minute walk. The owners and staff were friendly and accommodating. I saw two room options: standard rooms by reception for $40 AUD a night, and a newer standard room at the back for $50 AUD. Both types had been renovated to current standards and were cleaned daily. There's a large pool with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. For the price, it was very good value.
