I was tired and in my last few days in Bali, so I didn't take room photos. The comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and working hot shower were all welcome. I also liked the fridge, though it wasn't cold enough to keep water cool. The room had a huge table, an office chair, and a US-style outlet, so I didn't need an adapter and could work comfortably. There's a closet inside the bathroom, and reception is open 24 hours. The staff were friendly, the location was accessible, and as a solo female traveler I felt safe the whole time. The cafe downstairs wasn't operating, although you could use its tables and chairs for work. The vending machine only took digital payment, not cash or credit cards. When I woke early for my flight, the receptionist said a convenience store was about 300m away. I wasn't comfortable going out at 3am to buy water, so keep that in mind. Being on a highway or main road also meant it was kind of noisy in the morning and at night. Yes, I'd recommend it for a shorter stay, maybe three or four days at most. Come prepared with water. 🙂

The staff deserve 10/10 for their professional service and efficiency. I moved up to a Business room, which was newer and much better than the standard room. Even the satellite TV was upgraded to a Xiaomi Smart TV. I changed rooms because the standard one couldn't connect to Wi-Fi, had old furniture and a faulty luggage stand, and showed visible mold in a small area. The location on Sunset Road is convenient, in what feels like a mini Chinatown in Kuta, though the nearest convenience store or laundry is about a 500km walk away. When I stayed, the hotel wasn't ready to offer dining or room service. There's a pool, but no gym. The coffee vending machine in the lobby only accepts QR or cash. The room came with water bottles but no complimentary coffee or tea packets, toothpaste or toothbrush, or shower cap. There was a digital safe inside the toilet, as shown in my pictures, and a fridge.

Don't stay here if you want to avoid having your vacation ruined. The photos seem to be from ten years ago, and the hotel's actual condition is terrible. The walls are yellow and everything looks neglected and rotten. I was very disappointed and can't recommend it.

The hotel was comfortable and welcoming, with well-kept rooms and excellent amenities. Staff were friendly and attentive, which made for a smooth, enjoyable stay. Its convenient location made nearby attractions and places to eat easy to reach, including MCD, BurgerKing, Starbucks, and convenience stores. I'd recommend it for a relaxing, hassle-free visit.

The reception staff were very friendly, and the hotel is quite close to everywhere. The room didn't seem clean enough, though, as there were still several small animals in it. More thorough cleaning is needed so guests can settle down and rest right away.
