The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming from check-in to check-out, and everything was clean and well maintained. The rooms are basic but have what you need: clean sheets, fresh towels, a hair dryer, mini fridge, safe, and a decent bathroom. The whole property smells lovely, from lobby to room. The location is handy, a short drive from the airport and within walking distance of restaurants, convenience stores, and souvenir spots like Krisna and The Keranjang Bali. There’s a rooftop pool for relaxing, plus outdoor seating that's nice later in the day when it cools off. The hotel also has a mini gym, spa, and meeting rooms, useful for leisure or business trips. I really enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back to PrimeBiz Hotel Kuta.

The gardens were so well cared for, and the grounds stayed clean throughout. The hotel is gorgeous, with high standards in the rooms and the amenities too. We're really glad we picked it, and I'd happily recommend it.

The only real problem was the plumbing. I tried two different rooms, and the sinks in both were completely clogged. Water filled them right to the top, so I couldn't wash my baby's bottles and had to use the shared bathroom in the hallway. The shower and sink weren't draining at all. Otherwise, my stay was perfect: the airport is close, the room was great, the bed was comfy, and it had everything I needed. The staff were amazing, friendly, and very helpful. Fix the drains and it'd be perfect. Highly recommend.

The 12-hour mini-stay option is handy for a night flight or a midnight check-in. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance, and the location near Kuta is good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very hospitable. Definitely recommend staying here if you're around Kuta.
