Nothing about this stay matched the listing. The property was dirty and felt unsafe, and the advertised amenities weren't there. When I raised concerns, the host was rude and didn't reply. They refused my refund request, but Airbnb refunded me directly. I believe the listing is deceptive and that the person running it is scamming people. I'm glad Airbnb suspended the account. Don't book here.

The location and price were good, but the room was dirty and the bathroom was gross. WiFi didn't work in our room either. Even at a low price, it should be clean.

It's a cheap, very basic place, so I can't complain too much about the value. Drinking water isn't provided, and the location isn't great. Being close to the airport is handy, but I'd only stay a night or two around arriving or leaving Bali. There's a 24-hour coco mart nearby for snacks, but not much else worthwhile. The nearby beach isn't very nice, and Kuta Beach is a long walk.

I found what looked like bed bug signs on the sheets, and there was some hair left there too. No one was at reception when I arrived. With no staff around to complain to, I had to book another hotel.

The room was cramped and the toilet smelled bad. It might work for a night or two, but not for a two-week stay. Breakfast was a small serving on a huge plate. We moved to a resort that cost less than staying here for the rest of our holiday.
