The room had a great first impression: spacious, bright, and smelling lovely. We liked its style, the big bathtub, and the full set of amenities. We found the hotel through an OTA platform at the end of January and booked a last-minute stay for my son’s birthday. Breakfast was enjoyable too, with several choices and even an Indomie station, which was a hit with my picky son. Thanks especially to Mr. Febri and the helpful F&B team. A couple of things in room 325 need attention. The kids’ pool could be cleaned more regularly, and parts of a nearby tree are falling onto the steps. Also, the AC wasn’t cooling the room properly even after running for 24 hours. We were there just one night and didn’t report it then, but it should be checked for future guests. Thanks for the lovely service and enjoyable stay.

A wonderful hotel, though the complimentary water was a problem. They provide just one 300 ml bottle per day, which is far too little. I hope management improves the water provision in future.

The staff were great, and the location was convenient for going to or from the airport. The pool area looked nice, too. But our room smelled mouldy, the shower was very dirty, and the window looked into the hotel’s interior. We’d reserved the cheapest room, but still expected more from somewhere billed as a four-star hotel.

I really enjoyed the stay. The room was large, quiet, and comfortable, and mine had a bathtub. There’s a pool and gym, plus free water, shampoo, and body wash, and a hair dryer is available. The staff were friendly and the hotel is close to the airport.

GIBRAN was really nice, and the famous fried rice was so delicious. I stayed for 3 days and had an excellent time. I’d highly recommend this hotel.
