Rama Residence Padma

The rooftop pool was such a blessing: quiet, easy to get to, with lots of loungers and three cabanas. It’s a good depth for anyone who needs a rehabilitation break too, with room for water walking for hips and knees. We were three women travelling together, and two had injuries, so the lift, ramps, and spacious apartment were especially appreciated. We booked directly and could choose between a street-facing apartment and one facing the garden water feature. The apartments are well laid out and in good condition, with a large fridge and complimentary ice. The corridors are air conditioned. We also received daily afternoon tea, food discounts, late checkout, and an airport transfer. The location is close to the beach, and the rooftop pool looks out over the beach and some other resorts and eating places. Shops and restaurants are just steps from Rama Residence. There’s a book library too. I’m an avid reader and added four books to the cabinet during our eight days. We loved the authentic feel and excellent service from the moment we arrived. The staff are professional and very helpful, and Oming deserves a special mention. We’ll definitely be back.

The beds and rooms made for an amazing stay, and the staff were exceptional. The hotel’s size felt just right, and the location is the best in Bali. Breakfast was amazing too, and the value for money is extraordinary. This was our third time at Rama Residence. We stayed in a villa elsewhere this trip and wished we’d booked Rama again. We’ll be back.

RR really stood out for its service. The staff were super friendly and conscientious, and the free afternoon teas in the restaurant were a great time. The downstairs restaurant was lovely, and the rooftop pool has a lot of charm. There’s also a very small gym that’s still functional. We stayed for 10 days in August this year and loved it. Our room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Since we were on the first floor, we were a little too close to the people enjoying their holidays in the courtyard below, so there was some noise. Bah humbug. It usually stopped by 10.00PM. Legian beach is only a short 200m walk away. Highly recommended.

The staff made the stay feel special. They must have spotted my birthday on my passport and surprised me with a cake while singing happy birthday. Such a thoughtful touch, and the service and attention to detail were next level. We’ve just checked out, and I’m genuinely sad to leave. The location is right in the heart of Legian, busy and full of its usual energy, with restaurants, pubs, shops, and salons right nearby. Our room was beautiful and spacious, housekeeping did an amazing job, and the rooftop pool was refreshing with lovely views. I’d absolutely recommend staying here and will be back.
