Ramayana Suites & Resort

The whole stay felt relaxing and enjoyable, and the breakfast selection was good. The resort facilities were well maintained, and it’s conveniently placed for nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Thanks to the team at Ramayana Suites & Resort for the hospitality. I’d gladly return on my next trip to Bali and highly recommend it.

The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the staff were helpful and professional throughout our family stay. The kids enjoyed lunch by the pool, and the poolside golden hour deal was fun, buy one cocktail and get two of the same. The location is great and the resort has a relaxed feel. We enjoyed our time and will come back, but I’d book one of the newer suites for the best experience. We first reserved an Interconnecting Family Deluxe room. The resort looked lovely, with beautiful grounds and friendly staff, but we soon had ongoing electrical problems. We were moved to another room, which had similar issues. The staff then upgraded us to a Prestige Suite, which was excellent, newer, better equipped, and trouble free. We were told the older style rooms are due for upgrades soon. We had a sofa bed for the kids, and there was plenty of space. Breakfast was decent, but the kid friendly options weren’t consistent. Froot Loops were only available on our first day, and the spreads were limited to jam and honey. The egg station was often busy and inconsistent, and the pancake station frequently ran out, leaving long waits.

The half board food was delicious, but its value was reduced by the same three course menu being served every day. We were a bit disappointed and suggest the restaurant rotate the menu. We stayed four days in room 747, a Family room facing the street with a small balcony. The location was hard to fault, just around the corner from the shops and a five minute walk to the beach. The pool gets sunshine from morning until late afternoon, just right for a swim and a drink at the bar after exploring. Breakfast had plenty of options for different tastes, with eggs made to order. The staff were phenomenal, always greeting us with a smile, and no task was too much or too little. Thanks for making our first Bali trip and stay so special. We’ll definitely return.

When a pipe burst in our bathroom, the hotel responded quickly and offered us an upgraded room. That made the rest of our stay much more enjoyable. The whole staff were friendly and helpful, and the drinks at Hotel Rayamana in Kuta were very good. Our Grand Deluxe room could use a refresh. It looked worn, and the bathroom was very small and uncomfortable. On the plus side, breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, and housekeeping kept everything clean and well maintained.
