Rani, the yoga assistant, demonstrated the poses, and the cueing throughout was clear and easy to follow. I joined three classes at Rascals with Alvin and Rani and really enjoyed them. The beautiful space was clean and well cared for, and both instructors brought great energy and taught precisely while keeping things accessible for beginners. The pacing made each class a lovely way to start the day or step away from work for a reset. The mini head massage at the end was a nice little bonus.

The cappuccino was really good, and there’s a cafe on the grounds too. I came to the best yoga spot I found around Kuta, Lombok for meditation and vinyasa. The instructor was very experienced, and we were treated to lemongrass tea after class.

I got to fit in two yoga classes and a breathwork session while I was in Kuta, and loved every minute. Rani and Alvin have such calm energy, and the peaceful setting at rascals adds to it. One class was quite full but still felt personal. The other was just me and my girlfriend, so the instructors had time to explain the basic poses and what each movement was for. I’ll know how and why to do them in future practice. Such a great experience with rascals! Keep practicing, and stay safe and blessed. 🤩🌸🧘♂️🙏😇

Aline was a wonderful teacher, and I especially liked that two instructors teach each class. One demonstrates at the front while the other moves around and gently helps people one on one, which made the practice feel safe and personal. At the end, they offered a short head massage too. The place itself is beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully put together, with a really positive feel. I left impressed and relaxed. I’ll come back, and I want to try the restaurant next time.

Alvin teaches with real passion, and you can feel it throughout the class. I loved moving in this beautiful shala. The yoga classes are amazing.
