Puri Dibia Hotel

The room was basic but usable, and the bed was comfortable. With a few updates, this place could really shine. The location and staff were great. Reception helped me find different things around Kits and sort out getting some stuff in the post.

The location is really strategic, with Joger, Nasi Pedas ibu Andika, and local souvenir shops all less than a five-minute walk away. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel looks old, but the room rate is very cheap. Don’t expect much from the breakfast. It’s not bad, just so-so.

For the price, I liked this old hotel and found it acceptable. The location is good, and an online taxi with Gojek or Grab cost only 15.000k rupiah, about 1,5 usd. Rooms have big beds, with standard rooms for two, executive rooms with two king beds for four, and a family room with one king bed plus two small beds on a second half floor. I stayed a few days with my family and booked 8 rooms. The staff were very, very nice, so ask them if there’s a problem. The room was very big and clean enough, with mostly new towels. Some bed covers had stains, but you can nicely ask for a replacement. The bathroom was just so-so. Breakfast isn’t available unless requested, and they’re not experts at breakfast food. You can order from Grab or Gojek instead. Wifi wasn’t good, so I suggest buying a local SIM card, XL or Three, for cheap internet. I hope this helps other travelers.

Our room was spacious, with a king-size bed, a good-smelling sheet, and air conditioning that worked well and got cold. There’s plenty of parking, food stalls and an alfa mart nearby, and the receptionist was polite. But the hotel is old, the room floor was dirty and dusty, and some areas were dim. Nobody helped with our luggage up to the third floor. There was no hot shower, the shower water ran very slowly and the drain was slow too. No extra tissues or toothbrush, no refrigerator, and the WIFI didn’t work. For the quality, one night cost too much. We won’t come back. First and last stay.
