Bali Caps Hostel

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the owner even arranged my ride to the airport for my flight. My room and bathroom were clean, and the air-conditioning worked well. There seem to have been a lot of renovations, with electronic lockers, a shoe area, and an outlet for every bed. There’s also an M-Mart right next door. The location is hard to beat if you need to be near the airport or have just arrived, and the price felt very reasonable for the accommodations. I had a great stay and would come back or recommend it to friends.

I paid 1,00,000 for a night. They charged extra for early check-in, which was okay since I was so sleepy. Made a good friend there.

I stayed for my last three weeks on a budget after studying for six months, and chose Bali Caps Hostel. The staff were lovely, always helpful, and we played pool together. My room was nice and clean. It’s on a busy street, so expect to get around by grab, and the Mall is right next door 👍🏽

The hostel is a bargain, and the staff are nice and try hard, but several things could be better. The toilets were dirty much of the time, and the light over the bathroom sink needs to be brighter. Breakfast was meant to include three hard-boiled eggs, toast, and three kinds of fruit, but I only got two eggs and two kinds of fruit. The eggs weren’t very good either. Our room’s AC leaked. The locker system was quite nice. Laundry was acceptable the first time, and our clothes came back tidy and smelling good. The second time, there was no softener and they smelled wet.
