Bintang Bali Villa

We loved our stay at Bintang Bali Resort, and the people made it feel welcoming from the moment we arrived. Housekeeping was wonderful, especially Oka, who decorated our beds so beautifully. It was such a thoughtful touch. We also enjoyed the resort photographer, a lovely extra and a nice way to capture holiday memories. The gym was surprisingly well equipped, and breakfast had lots of variety each morning. The location was great after a long flight, about 10 minutes from the airport, with restaurants, shops and massage places just outside. The bathroom toilet was awkward, though. Its flush button was beside the shower and had to be held down for at least five seconds to work properly. Even so, we had an amazing stay and would happily return. We couldn’t get to the beach during our visit because pipeline construction was ongoing. The pool area had beautiful views and a luxurious feel, and the property seemed very safe. Staff were professional, attentive and welcoming throughout. Breakfast was acceptable, with a reasonable range of options.

They were kind enough to arrange interconnecting rooms for us, and I appreciated that. The rooms were comfortable, clean and tidy, and the resort was beautifully presented with very nice staff. It’s close to the airport, though it’s a huge property and our room was a long walk from the pool. The pool was far too deep for me to feel comfortable. A non guest used the pool bar and charged expenses to our room, but luckily we didn’t have to pay. Breakfast wasn’t something I’d rave about, and we clearly weren’t the target audience. I saw big families load up their plates, leave no food behind, then put the food in their bags when they went back to their tables to eat later. The place would suit plenty of people, but I’m unsure I’d stay again.

The pool was comfortable, and I could watch the hotel’s performances from the jacuzzi without going anywhere else. During our two-night stay at the start of a week in Bali, I found the room spacious and the facilities complete. It was a very comfortable stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room exterior felt a bit old-fashioned, but it wasn’t a big issue. Breakfast was quite good and varied, though not exceptional. Thank you!
