The quiet garden and traditional simplicity are what make this place special. It's peaceful, without crowds, and the rooms are simple but perfectly adequate for a good rest. Bathrooms are older, as you'd expect at this price, but everywhere was spotless and beautifully kept. Breakfast is included and it's amazing value. People say the location is great, and it is, but the lovely hosts are also happy to help if something like a towel is missing. This is a place for people who want to experience Bali's traditions and people.

The hosts were so friendly, and after checkout Gizza even gave us a free ride to the airport. Our room was clean, the shower had hot water, breakfast was delicious, and the location was great. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend it.

We were supposed to spend the night here before our flight because it's near the airport. As soon as we checked into the rooms, there was a strong vomit smell coming from the beds, and there were bits in them. We left straight away and found a hotel down the road. After that experience, we couldn't have stayed even if the owner had offered another room. I know it's cheap, but I still expect a clean room.

The location is central, but the room wasn't clean. The bathroom smelled bad, so I had to keep its door shut. I wasn't given any towels and had to buy toilet paper myself. Honestly, pick somewhere else if you have the option.

Even though it's right in central Kuta, this is a really quiet place. I loved the atmosphere and the garden, and I'd stay again next time I'm in Bali. Just be aware the alley is narrow, so a small car is a better choice.
