Cove Tripuri House Bali

The service was terrible. I booked through an app in a hurry and paid in advance, needing a place for about six hours before my flight the next morning. When I arrived, they refused me because no rooms were available. They have many places in Bali, but nobody suggested moving me to one of their other locations. I was willing to pay more, but they simply rejected my app booking without considering that it was almost midnight. I’d give less than one star if I could.

Cove Tripuri made for a cozy, comfortable budget stay. The loft was clean and nicely designed, with everything I needed. Great value for the price, and the staff were really helpful. A simple, relaxing place to stay.

We needed somewhere affordable near the airport where we could freshen up before our 10pm flight. Even though check-in wasn’t until 2pm, the receptionist let us leave our luggage and helped bring it up. The rooms were cozy and well kept, and there’s a driveway in front of reception where Grab vehicles can pick you up or drop you off safely. When we left for the airport at 7pm, the night receptionist helped us with our bags. Great service.

The bed and TV are the best parts here, and the TV has YouTube, Netflix and more. There are good cupboards, a hot shower, a shared kitchen and fast Wi-Fi. The room is small and there’s no sink. Compared with another “cove” hotel I stayed at, this one has the better TV and bed. The other had fewer power points and only a warm shower.
